    Not exactly since my idea is to sell the eur system with the us gamepad... also don't want to risk bricking it since I haven't tried anything like that before... At the moment, I just have with me the new EUR Wii U (i'm in Italy), the US system is back home ;)

    Thanks for the info! Does it continue to work after you turn off/ turn on the machine or you need to resynch them every time you boot? Do you know if there is a possibility to flash the US firmware to the JP gamepad?
