    it shouldn't make any difference because DeSmuMe is still getting internet no matter what kind of connection you're using unless it does some kind of weird hackish kind of stuff to get it to work

    IIRC Luminous Arc has a wave file of the main theme sitting in the the intro folder I haven't looked into it, but I'm guessing there's a chance the sdat uses a similar file but then again maybe not

    unfortunately, powerups are hard coded into the game to change what they do, you would need to read/write ASM code aaaand not many people can do that   but if you still need help, try jul's NSMB hacking section

    that is the most pointless hidden mode I've ever not seen removing wall jump could be really easy/hard depending on how the movement is stored ... I'm going to lean towards really hard I could have sworn I saw it once ... man I'm still lame with that editor

    You can do that with view settings, but there isn't a special mode for it dunno if jceggbert put the blocks for it in ... views can be a pain to work with and it really isn't that important either   >_>
