    No it isn't. Nintendo detects whether you're playing xci backup and when cartridge. It doesn't matter if that backup is your own unique cert which you haven't shared with anyone.

    Backups don't connect online. To play online on Sx you need a legitimate cartridge or buy that game from eshop.

    It doesn't matter what sdcsrd you use. It's still the same console that was compromised. They will ban your account and console, not your sdcard.
