    Just to understand the order of IOS's involved, if I have a virgin 4.2U Wii and want to use Waninikoko's cIOS to run WAD manager, I need to: Downgrade IOS15, to Trucha patch IOS36, to install IOS38, which installs IOS249 and IOS250... Is this correct? Thanks in advance.
