    I mean, they are a company with a lot of people working for them, just because they might be a bit... Old-fashioned sometimes doesn't mean we can just write this off as "oh, silly Nintendo, of course this is something simple that we overlooked" :P

    I can say from personal experience and from others in this thread that sighax/boot9strap is definitely not the cause since users on other CFWs were also banned.
