    It isn't a .cia. The hack came in a roms/exefs folder.

    I recently downloaded Pokemon Nightmare Moon(an Ultra Moon Hack) and I want to know if I have to have Ultra Moon on my 3ds to use it? I got Ultra Moon game cartridge and have ripped the CIA off of it so I'm just wondering.
