    That's odd.. In my case the clean emuMMC only boots with "fss0=bootloader/payloads/fusee-secondary.bin", but the dirty emuMMC is ok with "payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin".     Try adding those brackets and tell me later, I don't see anything else wrong. Did you check on System if you are really running the real sysnand x an emuMMC?
