    Still a bit confused So here the think i already do with my 3ds: 1. Already install rxtools 2. Already updatr my emunand to newest firmware 3. If i want to install .cia games, i must go to the web to launch rxtools (dont press anything than i will go to emunand directly)- go to the health...

    Hi, want to ask something...yesterday i already got cfw to my 3ds, i follow the tutorial from youtube.. In that tutorial the only way i can access rxtools is from web browser, i want to access offline.. If i want follow this tutorial from this page, what should i do..? Do i only format SD card...
