    ok everything went good so far but the arm7 and arm9 files wont show up

    with the release of hiyacfw, i was following the guide at dsiguide.me. and when i got to step 12 i had to decrypt the nand in cmd and I put in everything correctly but it keeps on giving 'twltool' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
