So, I'm not sure what's changed between then and now, but I updated my install of TWiLightMenu to 23.1.1 on my DSiXL and no longer get that weird graphical glitchery in MM:BN1
Wondering if I'm running GBARunner2 with wrong settings or some other problem, but background graphics in the classroom in Mega Man Battle Network 1 at the beginning of the game are a very weird.

I just re-tested FE-6 translated on my DSi-XL with/out the caches enabled, and as well on my n3DS. The game just crashes GBArunner2 on my DSi-XL, but runs fine on my n3DS.
The thing here is that Cluster, and anyone else involved, is hacking the User Interface for the NES Classic. Updating for other "Mapper"s would require changing/re-writing/hacking of the Emulator being used in the NES Classic.
The "User Interface" is not the same thing as the "Emulator"...
