    ROM Hack Nitro2DLS - new tool for making DLS files from SDAT.

    Tried it with a couple of titles and it seems to have extracted them fine. I wasn't expecting it, but it also appears to extract the sound effects. Unfortunately, since it doesn't rip them with the sequence settings (as noted above), it's of a slightly more limited use than I'd hoped for...
