    Does the DSi DEV cart MA93104 flash have a limit on the number of times it can be erased and written? The one I bought seems to be completely new and blank. I've probably flashed it about 7 times. Next, I'm planning to test the modified TWL EVA DEV ROM, which might get flashed around 50 times.

    1781944267 This is using a different browser, also gives an error. (The previous error did show that I wasn't logged in, I tried it this morning.) After I logged in, there were no problems at all, everything's normal.

    There are tons of 3DSs on the second-hand market, and a lot of them are faulty. New 3DSs are of really poor quality, but accessories are super easy to get, so the second-hand market is full of repaired or refurbished units. If you have money, you can buy a new one, otherwise it's best not to.

    Did you install Unlaunch? I installed Unlaunch and use it to boot TWiLightMenu++. But even if you start this ROM hack, it has serious bugs and can't run properly.

    No, the DSi has enough performance to play GBA ROM hacks. There is a very famous Pokemon ROM hack in China called '漆黑的魅影' (Pokemon Ebonyphantom), the DSi can play it with GBARunner2, and it works very well.
