    So I did all of the stuff to get custom firmware. Ran all of the Arm9LoaderHax stuff, got FBI, Luma and the Homebrew Launcher app. I even got a Fates Special Edition Cia. Now how to I randomize the Cia? Is there a particular program I can use to extract the files?

    I joined this website like half an hour ago. I dont know what that means. So in order to Decrypt, I need files in the files9 folder. Do I just move my fire emblem dump into that folder? How do I find and decrypt the DLC? The guide I have opened doesn't tell me how to get files where I need them...

    You got me too late. Already installed it XD. I'd like to think I can handle it. I'll come back bothering everyone if something messes up. But I believe as long as I can get decrypt9 working, I'll be able to finish what i started.
