    I think it's because they're trying the old clone trick used in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. They don't want it to be traded away in the meanwhile, so they ask something impossible. (Off-topic: Does the cloning still work?)

    You said you can use YSMenu? Go to this link and download Retrogamer's fix. Select your card, and open the folder. PAY ATTENTION NOW! Only copy the TTMenu folder to your SD card. If it asks you to overwrite stuff, say yes. (Remember to backup shit first) Then launch YSMenu, and try pokémon...

    I'm sorry for not saying this. I use that "build" folder that includes WAIO, WoodR4, WoodR4dldi etc. None seem to be able to load any game, all just get a white screen.

    The only explenations i can come up for those crashes are either bad roms (not clean) or struggling firmware. I'm using a R4SDHC, R4 1:18 firmware. Last weekend, I played for over 2 hours straight, must have done over 300 events, and no freezes. So, it works perfectly
