    If you have an SD inserted, it won't show. I'm guessing you had Yoshi's Island installed to the NAND at one point, and then inserted an SD card after the fact. The console will use the NAND storage for titles if an SD isn't in use.

    Most likely, yup. If you have titles obtained through the eShop, and then switch to Pretendo, you'll lose access to them. You can delete those, then reinstall them with something like FBI, and they will no longer be tied to an NNID.
