    Homebrew Add homebrew launcher to home menu after wipe CFW

    I'm rather stupid and system transferred to my new 3ds, causing my modded 3ds (the host system) to get wiped. I can still launch homebrew launcher via rosalina, but I want to have it on my home menu for simplicity. (my CFW is luma 10.0.1, system menu is 11.13)
