    Would like to add that i have 2 N3DS's, one had the settings on and the other has the settings off. both have NOT received a ban yet. loads friends list and online games just fine.

    These 3 links seem to be wrong. "/badge4.png" should end in "/badge5.png" (another badge already uses /badge4.png "/badge15.jpg" should end in "/badge15.png" "/badge16.jpg" should end in "/badge16.png"

    yea, e-shop doesn't work on older versions. It just lets you go online on games as if you were on the latest update.

    its already done by luma automatically. there is no toggle to turn it off or on. its just like removing the "out of region" lock, luma patches them with no user configuration being needed

    doesn't luma already do that, letting you play online on older versions? saw this on the standard features section of the luma github: "Version patching in the 'friends' module, allowing games to work online on older 3DS OS versions"
