    Is there any way to resize the NTRViewer.exe? Also... I don't have sound being played at the computer, any ideas? BTW, here's the bandwidth consumption of my n3ds while streaming the menu, it's using ~18Mbps of the 54Mbps maximum (in optimal conditions)

    If you made a backup (you should have...) restore from there. Maybe you have corrupted some file in the SD card when you shut down the 3DS and that's why it's not booting.

    Same happens to me, try booting into homescreen then press Power button and wait until the Power off menu appears, then press Home and hold L while it's loading homescreen again. Sorry for vertical video and quality :P

    It works that way! I got stuck either with a white or yellow screen, I think it only booted succesfully once to hbl pressing L while booting. I'm using an o3ds with 9.4.0.21-U It works perfect with a 2ds with 9.9.0.27-E although... Try to boot to your homescreen, then press once the power...
