    How do you convert this to an ips-patch? On the page it says: "Convert it to IPS and put the files on atmosphere/exefs_patches/*MOD NAME*/xxx.ips"

    Switch-OC-Suite

    You can set everything in the switchcraft package overlay. For the changes to take effect you have to restart your console via oc switchcraft (reboot option appears when you press right several times).

    open fps-locker overlay, go to advances settings, then check/download config file, then convert config file to patch file, restart the console and the game, open fps locker again, set fps to 60
