    Maybe they are taking preorders to lock people into purchasing an expensive product. The modchip might be released at 100$ and than you are thinking: "I already invested 1$, can't let it go wasted". Unless they have a refund policy for preorders.

    So according to ub3r1337's quote in the OP, TX claims that the "one device for Patched and Mariko unit" is already under production. That means they already have a ready to ship product. Now we know that the Switch Lite is also Mariko, which means it shouldn't require a drastically different...

    I hope that some developer makes a Android host for this exploit and dejavu, when that comes out. This will be useful, if you can just use your Android phone instead of Pegaswitch on pc and don't have to buy a dongle, jig and what not.
