    Well I've finished testing and the result is that both units have the same amount of battery life. In the end, it looks like the higher capacity sd card used, the more battery drain, even if the console is not being used whilst in sleep mode. That's a relief! Now the tough decision. Swap out...

    Thanks for the tips. Both are brand new units and I downgraded them both at the same time. Both have the same options in Luma activated e.g. Clock speed and cache. Last night I left both models on sleep in a middle of a game and when I checked this morning, the battery is completely drained...

    Thanks for that info! Sorry for a N00b question, but is it hard to get a new payload file? How do I go about getting one? Do I need to download that specific binary code thing? Or is it just reinstalling another homebrew CIA?

    Hi All, I'm thinking about updating my A9LH + luma to the 11.1 firmware recently released. However instructions say to "Make sure you have a CTRNAND backup on 11.0 before updating a9lh" How do I back up CTRNAND? I know how to do the SYSNAND with Decrypt but not the CTRNAND ? Cheers James

    They're both IPS screens, so I'm attributing the difference in batter life to the SD card capacity..

    I've got a new 3ds xl and have installed browserhax successfully! Even managed to download and get SVDT working :) However once that has been launched, I have no idea how to look for the monster hunter save file.. Would you know how to locate it and how to save it?

    I tried to install the browserhax using the internet browser from the non-hacked 3DS (YLS8 website), but the screen just goes to weird colours and asks to be rebooted. Am I doing the right thing? My Bad. I'll look up a few websites to see if I'm doing it properly. cheers James
