    What's the consensus? Is it safe to play on LAN with a legit Switch and copy of the game and join with a hacked switch and pirated copy?

    I don't think it's that weird, I believe I must've gone online on my Switch at the few weeks I played around with SX OS before work got in the way and didn't get a chance to play any games and left it in the drawer.

    Oh, didn't know this was a thing. What would be the best way to see if it truly is a ban? Is it safe to update straight into the newest FW? Like I have no idea what to do at the moment, emunand and sysnand didn't exist way back the last time I used the device :D So to everyone in the thread...

    Ah, thanks! Might as well get a new switch for the legit games I own so I can play online games. I'm 99% sure it's a ban.

    So I haven't touched my Switch since the first days of the SX OS was released and since then it seems that my Switch has been banned by Nintendo, since I am unable to update games or access the Eshop etc. Getting the "Couldn't connect" error. So my question is, how would I be able to play...

    Did you email [email protected] ? I did that yesterday evening and it took maybe 9 minutes to get my code. I put the order number (4 numbers) in the title and said I'd block the payment unless they gave it to me.
