    Generally you do not get banned as long as you don't go online. Not like there's a ton of stuff to do online when very few people are playing anyway.

    Curious, has anyone had any luck downgrading the standard n3DS from the US. I'm talking the one which was only released with Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer.

    That's what I'm doing as well. I just got this New 3DS and don't want to screw it up. Might do it on my o3DS though.
