    First GBA without backlight - WHY?

    Yes there was. The Sega Game Gear, Sega Genesis Nomad, and the NEC TurboExpress all had backlights, and thus, those systems were older, from the 90s. Nintendo should've been on the ball by 2001. I mean, C'mon man!!!! Nintendo's 1st Gen. Game Boy Advance had a much superior color display...
