    Mine is working fine without internet access. Just make sure your PC can talk to your PS4 (intranet) and all the payloads will deploy. My PS4 hasn't talked to the internet since I bought it and all is working.

    Does your router have parent controls? Mine lets me block all internet access to a certain device. No need for lists in this case. I can still connect to my PC as it will work on intranet (same network) connections.

    Would you mind sharing the serial #? I.e. MCxxxxxxxx... my local target has the model but the serial is MC969xxx which I believe is too high
