    Thanks for the reply. I’m completely new to this, so I’m not sure what “sys-patch,” the “ES module,” or a “ticket error” means. Could you please explain it in simpler terms? Does Goldleaf itself need an update for firmware 23.0.0, or is the issue somewhere else?
