    Oh very nice, was just looking around to a solution such as this but for 3.5 as it seems to hang a little bit as well. btw just got around to fitting the new version of the fan mod you sent me a while back, fits perfect.

    Nope, never got it to really fit unfortunately. And sure you can send one if you'd like, black or yellow is fine(might not use it on the yellow system, don't want to risk stripping the threads). Thanks!

    Alright well the replacement wire came in and here's the results The Good Wire worked perfectly no issues fan worked Very quite can't even tell the systems on Seems the HDD adapter fits fine The not so good The shroud/back plate does not fit or line up with the screw holes, system shell...

    Based on the picture you sent me a few mins ago Daoxer I think the fan connector is backwards or the wires are mixed up.

    I thought the wires might have just been mixed up but when putting the fan pin in and mock turning it on I was getting an electrical hum with no fan turning. Could you explain a bit further or even show with pictures how you got the fan to work? ( was just in the middle of returning it to stock)
