    There's a cheat already in the cheats db that will give rare candies x999 but I think it overwrites the first item in the pouch. https://github.com/HamletDuFromage/switch-cheats-db/blob/master/cheats/0100ABF008968000.json#L274 Having said that, you'd probably be better off doing it with pkhex.

    You don't need both. Using the (on) version will make it stay on without any button presses, and you can disable it with the (off) version. The "hold r" version is standalone, but you need to hold the R button during the loading screen at the end of the dynamax adventure.

    This is probably best for pkhex. Go into the pokedex editor and set the battled count to 500 for any pokemon. The click on "Modify..." and "Change All Battled Count" - this will set all the battle counts to value you set for the template pokemon.

    All shinies in dynamax adventure are set to star shinies for the 1/300 or 1/100 chance. There's probably a 1/65536 chance of the initial roll being square but I haven't done that many tests :)
