    need to clarify this, so everytime we want to connect to another region nnid emunand we need to log in to empty nnid on card B right? and is it okay if I restore my sysnand to 9.2 after the whole process and use my main nnid on 9.2 sysnand?

    right now I have US O3DS with 9.2-20 sysnand, 9.9 emunand (made by gateway launcher) and rxtools. so I need to downgrade my sysnand to 4.X and do those process to make japanese emunand with eshop feature. after I succeed those process can I update or restore my sysnand to 9.2 again?

    tried nightly build by @WhoAmI? working great on o3ds. notification works, mset works (I use 6.X mset) and emunand 9.9 also works. for the skin I like http://dl.albertosonic.com/rxtools1
