    FAT32 is limited to 4GB file size. Some Wii games has 7GB+ size. At USB Loader GX i changed options to "multiple partitions" and the games are loaded OK.     Just to thanks again @how_do_i_do_that for your help. My Ez-Flash now works great, the battery now make the card store the save game... i'm still playing with the GBAExploader because of "clean save", so i can eventually put on emulator, and i have 6 save slots.
