    this method works perfectly with the proper cia files. would probably work without a gateway, cant confirm though since gateway is all i have at the moment.

    Ok it looks like what this is used for is to update firmware using .cia files downloaded with UpdateCDN or 3DNUS. The cia files need to be located on the SD card in a /updates folder. Not brave enough to try without a hard mod.

    I was able to compile and run this but not sure i want to test it, no hard mod to recover from a brick.
