    Are we sure it's perma, though? I think there's a (admittedly small) chance that it's temp, especially since there are claims of unhacked 3DS getting banned. Guess it's a wait and see situation, tbh.

    Another weird downgrade. Ran it with an O3DS. Downgraded with a 9.2U firmware pack, got 9.0 out of it. Otherwise, it's running perfectly fine.
