    I'm almost 100% sure nothing happened to it, been handling it with care :( I've tried 'USA EN', 'EUR EN', and other variations of these two for the locales .txt file with no results.

    Thank you for the detailed response! I will try updating the flashcart via a DS lite. As for the second option, it seems it's not possible with oot3Dhax and 10.7, which is what I have (or am I reading wrong?).

    Reformatting it with easeus made it compatible again! I tried all sorts of formatting options (quick, long, and changing to different formats) except with partitioning tools. It seems the issue was what you exactly said :) Thanks a lot Cyan, and fellow muffin!

    update: after formatting my usb stick to wbfs and back to FAT32 (with 32kb clusters) the usb loader no longer takes its time on "initialize usb device" but straight up tells me the device could not be initialized
