I fixed my issue by moving the TexHaxU folder to the desktop http://mk8.tockdom.com/wiki/Fire_Waluigi

So when I use the Splicer.bat, it doesn't work and it says: "IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'luigi_alb1.gtx'"
