    I am hyped for the remake and can't wait to play it. The remakes of the last few years were all pretty good (RES4 for example), so I am sure this one will also be awesome.

    PlayStation Showcase 2023 - roundup - PlayStation streaming handheld announced

    The last handheld I had was the PS Vita. Played 10-15 games but was nothing special. I was frustrated when some of the games came to PS3. Would have liked to play it on a big screen the first time.

    Bought the DUNE books a few days ago because I enjoyed the movie. Can't wait to read it.

    If you had $50k would you use it to buy land or for savings/retirement?

    If you buy a land/ranch you will have to pay taxes and also nead to maintain it. That's a lot of work. Land doesn't really need to be maintained.
