    Try latest version v015. It worked for me. For turbografx cd put syscard3.pce into the emu4vitaplus plus system folder.

    Just start the new game. Save then quit. Connect your vita to pc. Download black chocobo and edit your save file like your last save then save and put into related save location to your vita.
