    i have a 3ds xl that i used minimally as a kid, kept it 75% charged and threw it in storage for 5-ish years. battery survived (w/ charge still). maybe this is more common on normal 3ds's or i'm just lucky

    the wii was notorious for shovelware but did have some serious bangers dont own a switch but ive heard the same goes there too on the e-shop (not to mention the build quality sucks)
