ROM Hack COMPLETED - Pokesav Black & White Translation w/ US game names
You can change your system locale to Japan (Language for Non-Unicode Programs) and then Pokesav will display the Japanese language properly. That is what i did and it shows up properly in Mine- HIBIKI87

ROM Hack Official AP Patch For Pokemon Black and White
Did you disable the Soft reset in the Wood R4 Menu?? I managed to start playing only after disabling soft reset!! Try it! You should be able to play it then!!- HIBIKI87

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
