    So can anyone recommend a card for my 3DS? I would hate to buy a new one and have it suffer from the same contact issues. DSTWO sounds nice but it is a bit expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for?

    Thanks for your help. So my only option will be to get a new card? Funnily enough the team at r4i-sdhc.com released a new version of the firmware (1.70b) since I posted that. But when I try to upgrade the firmware using my DSi, the button to start the upgrade is missing.
