    I fixed it. The issue was that I mistakenly assumed vita DB would install libshaccg.suprx but after running SharkBreed and downloading any necessary data files an app needed things worked.

    Yeah I get Steam being great on other devices but I more so meant the OS. I thought steam could already be downloaded on other gamin handhelds.
