    The md5 functions appear to be Retroarch deps\mbedtls\mbedtls, just slightly different names. for example the file compat-1.3h has : #define md5_init mbedtls_md5_init Ill see if I can hack my way around it and get mame2003 to compile.

    I tried a few from a know good mame2003 rom set. Older games that can start such as Mappy,Pacland and pacman are only displaying some colors such as red and yellow not all colors. Neogeo games wont start and seem to hang the emulator.

    I compiled the prboom core (DOOM) but it's far from stable atm with the shareware doom1.wad.

    One more before calling it a night; the O2EM core for the mighty Philips Videopac/Magnavox odyssey. This one needs a bios file o2rom.bin. Source at Github GrouchoMarx-NL/libretro-o2em.

    Thank you m4xw. I compiled the Fuse core (Sinclair ZX Spectrum emulator) and it works great on the Switch. The few lines I copy/pasted in the Makefile is on GitHub 'GrouchoMarx-NL/fuse-libretro' (Cannot post link yet as new member)
