the re-released version 1.6.1 fixes sys-patch always patching an offset, even though it may have been patched by files or embedded patches (patches.ini / .ips patches, etc)

If DBI writes that transfer ok and signature ok, that means that it verify nca hash and signature and file is OK.

no. 1.6.0 works fine with 22.1.0, my patterns did not break for ES 22.1.0 (the only thing that changed in 22.1.0) also here's full bundle with atmosphere 1.11.1 loader patch included (kip .ips patches/ patches.ini)

You don't need a modified fusee. Hekate can boot Atmosphere with ips based sig patches. Try this config. It's from the last sig patch release.
