    Hacking 3.68 DNS block

    Hello everyone, just received a new Vita with 3.68 firmware, i have tried both available DNS settings, 212.47.229.76 and 23.96.6.207 , both do not work and still prompt me to update to 3.69. I have looked all over the internet and i see people having this issue but not posting their work around...
