    Put kapton (or electric) tape to insulate the ribbon cable, it can short with the motherboard and it's probably what's happening.

    He tried with Rufus, no issues. He had that problem with the latest version. Yumi is indeed good but it doesn't have UEFI option for the Windows Installations, plus there are issues with Windows 8.1/10 if you want both ISO in the same usb.
