    I just bought a second-hand DSi last week with no dsiware installed. Then I tried to enter eshop (yes it's already discontinued), and I found there is still dsi browser can be downloaded.

    actually, every one can still re-download the DSi browser from dsi eshop now(yeah, even the eshop is discontinued) but it's impossible for Flipnote to re-download(for those who doesn't have). that's why dsi browser could benefit more people than flipnote

    Could someone test if a 3.63 Vita can be activated via PS3? Cause I bought a new Vita with 3.63 on Friday, I wanna install ARK and think about finding a PS3 to activate it. Then I saw the news....
