i use Linux Mint with virtual box. no need to "optimise" an OS these days really. find a Linux distro for what you need and your needs.

Yes, but only on the good/ more expensive toilets. Most public schools kids can wear causal clothes, but most private/ paid for schools require uniforms. Yes we have many accents in USA, esp the more southern states. Here in USA, we have Horse...
