    I am playing Pokemon Theta Emerald EX on my 3ds with FBI. I used the Ultimate GBAVC Injector program to convert it to a .cia and installed it on my console. I have been playing for quite a while when I reached a certain point in which I a trainer blocks my way (route to the right of Lilycove)...

    Yes, that location is a group of thousands of cheats that you can not even begin to search for Pokemon Fire Red, but on top of that, they're in a format of cheats that I have no idea how to change. Please, tell me how to add cheats into Fire Red. Thanks.
