    Get FunkyCIA 2.1 and install phython. Then get the ticket file and funkycia2.1 files into 1 place and open a command window (Shift+Right Click to get command window option). Then add this code. The text in bold is the part you need to change to match the ticket file.

    Hardware Pokémon Sun/Moon pre-installed 2DS bundle announced for Europe

    The 2DS Mario Kart 7 bundle only had a download code if you bought it from America. In Europe it was pre-installed as a Legit CIA. My o3DS has a capture device installed so I don't want to even risk bricking the system through A9LH installation. So legit CIA file is handy.
