    I'll try that, but maybe my card reader (internal in notebook) won't BSOD it, since I've been fiddling with that yesterday for 2 hours and no BSOD appeared ... but imho the black error won't write anything too, so that one should do ...

    I think too that the nand doesn't really care at all ... I did it like that because if I connect it off, my PC usually don't recognize the card then, but maybe I'll try to BSOD it like that and reconnct next time ... anyway NCSD (0x00000100-0x00000103) present, also there is the long FFFF part...

    hi, just tried the solderless (pogopin) method, four bit mode, sometimes managed to do 19-20MB/s, sometimes 2.3MB/s (bad contact on some line, I'm sure :)) anyway, dumps same on both speeds (988 807 168b) I've been backing up 6.2 (PAL), dunno if it matters, but I've NEVER had a blue screen with...

    solved ... it started to work on it's own .... I've been trying to run some wood or ys or anything for like 5 hours, finally managed to run wood 1.62 and found out it doesn't support RTS ... gave up, put back original firmware and it somehow started to work :-/ let's see for how long ...
