    Hm, I'm not quite sure then. It might be that the Upheaval skill is on a timer, and the quake happens every X turns? The "person" symbol next to Triangle Attack etc just denotes that a skill is a personal skill as opposed to a class skill or a skill granted by a held item.

    Unfortunately I believe those values are stored serverside. It might be possible to make the game think you have maxed out BP/VP until you update data, though I'm not quite sure how exactly.

    I'm fairly sure they're scripted events like Megaquake in Gaiden surely was.

    I'm not a huge fan of this idea. Increasing the hit/avo of a few select units would be fine, but doing it to every single enemy just artificially increases the difficulty without adding any strategic depth to the game.
